🎨 YB Creatives – Terms & Conditions (PH Setup)
1. 📦 Order Process
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
For custom designs, please provide complete details (theme, colors, references).
A preview/draft will be sent before finalization (if included in package).
2. 💻 Digital Products
All digital files (logos, templates, layouts, etc.) are non-refundable once sent.
Files are for personal use or agreed commercial use only.
Strictly no reselling, sharing, or redistribution without permission.
3. 🎨 Custom Design Services
Includes 2–3 FREE minor revisions (text, color, small adjustments only).
Major revisions (concept change, redesign) may have additional charges.
Final files (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.) will be delivered after full payment.
4. 💰 Payments (PH Methods)
Payment is required before starting any order.
Accepted methods: GCash
Bank Transfer (optional)
For custom projects: 50% down payment may be required.
No rush orders unless agreed with additional fee.
5. 🚚 Delivery (Digital Only)
Files will be sent via:

Make sure your email/GCash name is correct to avoid delays.
6. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds
No cancellation once work has started.
No refunds for completed digital products.
Refunds only apply if the order is not yet processed.
7. ⭐Policies
Be respectful when placing orders (no bogus buyers / joy reserves).
Once order is confirmed & paid → considered final.
Feedback/reviews are appreciated 💛
Any issues? Message first before leaving negative feedback.
8. ⚠️ Usage & Copyright
YB Creatives reserves the right to post finished works for portfolio/social media.
Clients may not claim the design as their own creation.
Commercial use must be clearly discussed before purchase.
