By purchasing this Automated Classroom Election System, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of this product as a digital product, refunds will not be provided once the product has been purchased, accessed, copied, or delivered.

Please review the product description, features, requirements, and live demo before purchasing.

2. Google Sheets & Apps Script Compatibility

This system is built using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, which are third-party services provided by Google.

Google may change, update, restrict, discontinue, or modify its services, features, APIs, security requirements, or Apps Script functionality at any time.

If future changes made by Google cause the system to stop working, become partially incompatible, or require modifications, no refund will be provided.

3. Third-Party Service Dependency

The proper operation of the system depends on the availability and functionality of Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Google Drive, and related Google services.

We do not control future changes, limitations, outages, policy changes, or technical restrictions imposed by Google.

4. License Activation

The license is associated with the Gmail account used to create the purchased copy of the system.

The buyer must provide the correct Gmail address used when making the copy.

Using a different Gmail account may prevent license activation.

5. Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for:

• Maintaining access to their Google account.

• Keeping their Google account secure.

• Following the setup and deployment instructions.

• Keeping the Google Sheet private.

• Providing students access only through the Web App URL.

• Properly configuring student information and election settings.

• Testing the system before conducting an official election.

6. No Guarantee of Future Compatibility

While the system is designed to work with the supported Google Sheets and Google Apps Script environment at the time of purchase, future changes by Google are outside our control.

Compatibility with future versions or changes to Google services is not guaranteed.

7. Product Updates

If an update is released to address compatibility issues or improve the system, availability of such updates will depend on the circumstances and technical feasibility.

An update is not guaranteed for every future change made by Google.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the No Refund Policy and the risks associated with future changes to Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
