• Customized or personalized items (e.g., name tracing pads, reading materials, math activity books/pads , ribbon awards) may require 2–5 business days processing time.
• Please double-check all spelling for custom orders. We are not liable for errors provided by the customer.

💳 Payments

• Accepted payment methods: GCash, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Pickup (if applicable).
• All prices are final once payment is made.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
• We ship via LBC/J&T.
• Delivery timeline depends on location and courier schedule.

📦 Returns & Refunds

• No return, no exchange for customized items.We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier services.
