How do I create a KaGuro account?
Click the Login/Register button in the KaGuro page header to be redirected to the Login and Registration page. To register, you’ll need a valid email address. Fill in the required information and select ‘I am a customer’ if you want to purchase. You can upgrade your customer account to a vendor account later if you decide to start selling.
How do I become a KaGuro Vendor?
On the Registration page, select ‘I am a vendor’ and provide your email address, full name, shop name, and contact number. This information is required for business and banking purposes. To learn more about how we handle your data, please click here to read our Privacy Policy.
How long will it take for my Vendor account registration to be approved?
Vendor approval usually takes 1–3 days, but in some cases, it may be approved in less than a day—depending on the volume of requests being processed.
The vendor hasn’t responded to my messages. Is there another way to contact them?
If you’ve tried contacting the vendor and haven’t received a response, please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page. We’ll reach out to the vendor on your behalf.
How do I make a purchase on KaGuro?
Go to the Products page to view all items listed by our vendors. You can browse manually, use the category filters for easier navigation, or use the search bar if you already know what you’re looking for. Once you find a product you like, click on the product thumbnail to view the full details. You can either add it to your cart for later or proceed to checkout immediately by selecting your preferred payment method.
Where can I find the files I’ve purchased?
Once your purchase is successful, log in to your KaGuro account and go to your Customer Dashboard. Please note that vendors have a separate dashboard. In your Customer Dashboard, click on the ‘Downloads’ tab to view and access all your purchased items.
What payment methods are available on KaGuro?
We offer a wide range of payment options, including GCash, Maya, PayPal, bank transfers, and many more.
How do I request a refund?
We sell digital products only, which are delivered through PDF files or access links. Due to the nature of digital products—which can be easily copied—we do not offer refunds once the file or link has been delivered. Once received, your purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
However, in special cases—such as not receiving your file or link—please reach out to us via the Contact Us page. We’ll review the situation carefully and determine whether a refund is appropriate based on our assessment.
How much is the commission fee on KaGuro?
Kaguro.ph charges a 10% commission on each sale. However, we are currently offering a special 2-month commission-free period for all vendors who sign up, allowing you to grow your business with zero fees during this crucial startup phase. Act now, because upon reading this, you might miss out as the 2-month free period could end soon! The promo runs from June 9 to August 9, 2025.
What is the payout schedule for vendors?
Payments are sent weekly every Thursday, with a minimum payout threshold of PHP 500—meaning you can only request a withdrawal once your earnings reach at least PHP 500—and payouts can be made through GCash, Maya, or bank transfer.
