not just reading exercises—they are situations
that can be represented mathematically.
At this level, learners will practice a consistent
problem-solving routine:
READ → UNDERSTAND → PLAN → SOLVE → CHECK
The learner should learn to ask:
What do I know?
What am I looking for?
What operation should I use?
Does my answer make sense?

Help learners use the skills they have developed in
Levels 1–8 independently and flexibly.
At this level, learners practice:
